Job description

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LLMs/SLMs, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI workflows, along with proven experience in leading AI/ML projects. You will play a key role in building scalable, ethical, and impactful AI-driven systems while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

  • Implement and optimize LLM/SLM-based applications, including MCP architecture, RAG pipelines, semantic search, and agentic AI workflows.

  • Integrate AI/ML solutions with vector databases and retrieval systems for enhanced performance.

  • Lead AI/ML initiatives, providing technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define AI-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.

  • Utilize cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI) for scalable deployments.

  • Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to improve model accuracy and relevance.

  • Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles and implement responsible AI deployment strategies.

  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance company capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with hands-on project implementation.

  • Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects from concept to deployment.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and R.

  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and related ML/DL frameworks.

  • Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI.

  • Expertise in LLMs, SLMs, RAG pipelines, MCP architecture, and vector databases.

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, semantic search, and AI-driven automation workflows.

  • Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI deployment.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
