Job description

We are looking for a skilled Prompt Engineer with expertise in NLP, LLMs, and advanced deep learning techniques to design, optimize, and implement effective prompts for conversational AI and generative AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, data science, and AI frameworks, along with hands-on experience in building and improving chatbots, dialogue systems, and AI-powered applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of human–AI interaction and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs and conversational AI systems to improve accuracy, relevance, and reliability.

  • Apply deep learning techniques (transformers, GANs, VAEs) to enhance AI model capabilities.

  • Conduct research and experimentation to advance prompt engineering strategies and NLP workflows.

  • Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based models for diverse applications.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable products.

  • Utilize Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and spaCy to build and deploy NLP solutions.

  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and advancements to apply cutting-edge methods in real-world projects.

  • Ensure the development and deployment of responsible and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Python programming, database management, and data science methodologies.

  • Prior experience with conversational AI systems or chatbot development.

  • Strong knowledge of deep learning techniques, including transformers, GANs, VAEs, and LLMs.

  • Proven experience in natural language processing, prompt engineering, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, and similar frameworks.

  • Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate and improve AI model performance.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to cross-functional AI initiatives.

  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices and deployment strategies.
