We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, a strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, and the ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to deliver high-quality software that meets user expectations and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test documentation based on project requirements.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, document, and resolve bugs.

• Use bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello) to log, monitor, and verify defect fixes.

• Implement and improve automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes.

• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) to ensure quality is integrated into every stage of development.
